Case study:

This project’s biggest challenge was to attract patient’s friends/relatives to keep the card from our current patients and get benefit from it. I chose a wallet-size card for easy to keep and word of mouth image and simple text in my design to explain benefits for both sides: giver and taker.

Our first design version was delivered to our patients. During 4 weeks, we got increased 5% patient. We kept ask and got feedback from our new patients and revived the second design with less text and 2 blank spaces for them to enter information so we can collect data and give them our appreciation gift.

After 12 weeks, our patients increase 20% more and got great feedback from our customers and colleagues.

During the project, I worked on user research, user interaction, prototype, and brand design. User evaluation and tests were carried out by our patients and colleagues who worked closely with me to carry out the great product.
